Specialty Population Care

We deliver caregiver support that adds to overall family well-being.

Caregiving is demanding. Specialized populations require unique interventions, prepared using knowledge and skills that family care providers may not have. Our reliable Health Care Providers provide expert care, allowing family caregivers to recharge. Our Registered Nurses (RNs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), Therapists, and Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are prepared and equipped to provide effective specialty home care.

Child and youth services

Child and youth services deliver healthy emotional, social, and educational skills to the young. Our professional Social Worker team are available to conduct assessments while maintaining an empathetic and warm approach to create rapport with youth and children. When youth are given support, guidance, and resources, their life competencies improve.

Alzheimer’s and dementia care

Services for Alzheimer’s and dementia care, include memory support, medication reminders, and safety supervision. Our trained, dedicated Personal Support Workers will provide respite for family members. Our team of Registered Client Care Supervisors will provide resources and education to navigate the complexities of their loved one’s diagnosis while maintaining their own wellness.

Cognitive impairment and acquired brain injury services

Individuals with these conditions may experience cognitive, memory, and daily living challenges, requiring support in cognitive rehabilitation, behaviour management, and communication assistance. Our Social Work team and dedicated PSWs can provide resources and assistance for cognitive impairment and acquired brain injury clients with the goal to maximize independence and improve quality of life and overall well-being.
